By accessing or using AIToolStack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised version.
The Service
AIToolStack is a discovery platform for AI tools, MCP servers, and agent skills. ARI, our recommendation engine, helps you find and assemble stacks based on what you describe. We curate listings and may add, change, or remove them at any time.
ARI Recommendations
ARI’s suggestions are generated with AI and provided for informational purposes only. They are a starting point, not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.
You are responsible for evaluating any tool before relying on it — including its pricing, security, licensing, and fitness for your use case. AI output can be inaccurate or out of date; verify anything important.
Accounts & Workspace
Some features require a free account. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don’t share access or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the site or its data without written permission.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt ARI, our APIs, or our infrastructure.
- Submit malicious, deceptive, or unlawful content, or attempt prompt injection.
- Resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
Intellectual Property
The AIToolStack name, branding, design system, original copy, and curated structure are ours. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. You may not copy our content or branding without permission.
Third-Party Tools & Affiliate Links
Listings link to independent third-party products we don’t control. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. Some links are affiliate links — see the Privacy Policy for details. Affiliate relationships do not affect ARI’s rankings.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that listings, rankings, or ARI output are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIToolStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any tool you discover through it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
